OLLO shoes are designed as a whole, from the ground up. We designed OLLO’s to be a complete system where the elements of the shoe work with each other seamlessly. The outsole, midsole, lasting board, insole, and upper patterns and materials are all specifically designed to provide, traction, cushioning, tactile feel, and stability.
Joe and Jim Hougaard and their team at AAPK (Denmark), American Parkour (US) and Jiho Kim and Hyungun You at KFPF (South Korea) as well as The French Freerun Family (France) were instrumental in the development of OLLO parkour and freerunning shoes. Their testing, input, and suggestions played a major role in the cushioning, outsole pattern design and rubber compound combination of the final product. OLLO’s are a no-nonsense training shoe for the serious traceur, as well as those just getting started in the sport.
We know that you need to trust your grip. That’s why the 0110/HIGH GRIP outsole has been thoroughly developed from pattern layout to rubber compound. We’ve meticulously designed the outsole to offer durability, flexibility and grip. There is a wider toe wrap for more surface area on your toe edge, the grid pattern offers flexibility and durability where it’s needed most, while the micro texture pattern offers traction and extra finesse.
