Ingredients:
2 packages of Skinny Pasta fettuccine
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups of sliced champignon mushrooms
1/3 tsp of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package of cooking cream, 10% fat
1 cup of skim milk
1 tsp of canola oil
Preparation:
Rinse Skinny Pasta under warm water. In a medium-sized sauce pan heat up canola oil. Add the onion and sauté. Add the garlic and continue to sauté. Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté for 3-4 more minutes. Add the milk and cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the fettuccine Skinny Pasta. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
