How Does Vacuum Insulation Work?
Vacuum insulation is a simple process that helps retain hot or cold temperatures in Goodful's vacuum sealed food jars. Two layers (or the inner and outer wall) of the stainless steel bottle are formed together, and then air is removed, or vacuumed, from the open space between the layers, which reduces convection. This, in turn, reduces temperature transfer outside of the vessel. In addition, the double wall construction prevents the bottle from sweating from cold food or beverages or burning your hands when hot foods or liquids are placed inside.
