What are Crystals from Swarovski?

Swarovski produces crystals of the finest quality. The company's name has become synonymous with genuine crystal. All metal parts are gold- and rhodium-plated. Gold jewelry is plated using 18k gold. It is designed with pale yellow gold that has a lustrous, bright and attractive shine. Rose gold jewelry is plated with 18k rose gold.

Will my jewelry include Swarovski tags?

Ed Heart fashion jewelry is created using top quality crystals from Swarovski and other components; it’s not made by Swarovski company, so it doesn't have any tags.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Swarovski crystals are delicate materials that must be handled with special care. All Ed Heart jewelry is traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. The metal is plated and each crystal is individually set. As a result, special care is required. To ensure that your product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:

• Store your jewelry in a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
• Polish your jewelry frequently with a soft cloth to maintain its original, lustrous finish.
• Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion).
• Put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
• Avoid contact with water.
• Avoid hard contact (i.e., knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
