The magnet provides a maximum of 29 lb. of pull strength to a perpendicular surface (pounds of pull strength does not apply to shear force). The magnet can withstand temperatures up to 800 degree F and has a 0.189" diameter center hole and a 45-degree bevel. Resistance to demagnetizing is low and resistance to corrosion is high.
