How To Use Your Limber Stretch Plantar Fasciitis Dorsal Night Splint
Start with 15-30 minutes of use to start with, then gradually increase
1 This is your brace when you receive it, undo both top and bottom velcro straps, Limber Stretch logo should be in the upper position, both long straps should be loose.
2 Firmly bend the metal strip to your preferred angle, ideally between 90-130 degrees. Be sure to keep the comfort padding to the inside of the brace.
3 With the Limber Stretch logo in the upper position, close the main straps, both top and bottom and fasten to the velcro.
4 Pull the long velcro straps through the plastic buckle, tighten until comfortable and fasten to the velcro.
5 The aim is for your toes to be pulled up slightly, if the angle of the metal bar is not comfortable, begin again from step 1 and re-adjust the angle.
6 The brace is for night use only and is well padded for comfort but it can be worn over a light sock if desired.
