1. How can I update the maps?

A: The GPS cannot be updated by itself, must need to be enter our official website to download maps (If you need to update and download maps of other continents, please look for the Aonerex team in Amazon, we will send you a free copy. After downloading complete, you will get a RAR file. Unzip it and you will get the [NAVI] folder.Then delete the original map in the GPS and copy the new map to the GPS, We advise to backup the old map before updating, in case of failing updating.

2. Why doesn't support postcode search? Why does the GPS take me a wrong way?

A: The common reason is that the GPS info is weak or no signal. Please test to receive the GPS info at the first time use or the device reset. As possible as to receive the GPS info in empty place or strong signal place etc, In stead of at home, high building, remote area etc.

3. Powers up simple and then fails?

A: Due to power is not enough, so the device feels like not working. Please don't connect to PC computer directly. If use adapter, 5V/2A adapter is standard, (Not including adapter) the power bank also can work . If connect with car charger, please use it correctly.

4.How to set the lorry restriction?

A: Firstly please ensure the GPS info is normal and strong signal.
