Frederica Trading's Premium Bamboo Pizza Peel Paddles
The Premium Bamboo Pizza Peel Paddle is Frederica Trading's flagship product. Our Frederica Trading pizza peel paddle is made from premium, natural bamboo wood that is ethically sourced.
Who doesn't love pizza? Now you can easily slide your pizza in and out of the oven without burning your hand. No more flimsy, plastic cutting boards, spatulas, or flexible pans that could tilt over, spilling your pizza on the floor.
Our wooden pizza peel also serves as a sturdy cutting board for the pizza or for any of your favorite fruits, vegetables, or cheeses. There's no need to find a separate serving tray as your food can be served right on the wooden paddle.
When you are done, simply rinse in your sink with warm water and soap. Lastly, you can hang this on your kitchen wall or display it on your countertop as a beautiful kitchen accessory.
TWO SIZES TO FIT YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS:

Our XL Size is the larger version of our original personal/LG size. The XL size is 21" from the tip of the peel to the end of the handle. The peel surface area for the pizza is approximately 13.5" x 13.5". This is an ideal size for larger pizzas and bigger homemade pizzas.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- How do I scoop the pizza out of the oven without pushing it to the back?
To properly use the peel, you should scoop the pizza from a 30-40 degree angle and you should attack it quickly. Most people who cannot scoop up their pizza are approaching the peel without the correct angle or they are trying to push it under the pizza too slowly. Watch those cooks in your local pizza place - they attack that pie!
- Why is the lip of the peel thick? Shouldn't it be thinner?
Actually, our the beveled lip edge of our peels are the perfect thickness. If a peel's edge is too thin, it will splinter. If the edge is too thick, it will not scoop under the pizza. The trick is always attacking the pizza from the correct angle and speed.
