The set has 12 spots depicting silhouetted images of physical exercises, including inchworm push-up, push-up opposite knee touch, feet apart-feet together, ultimate half-frozen pushup, both knees up and back, opposite hand-opposite foot, same hand-same foot raise, one leg up switch, one arm up switch, frozen push-up, wide hand walk, and push-up hand walk. The spots target different muscle groups for strengthening, and are in assorted colors for visual identification—two each of red, yellow, blue, green, violet, and orange. The spots are made of non-slip polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic for durability. PVC plastic is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and high strength. It resists reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. The spots measure 10.0”/25.0cm in diameter.
