OMG Iced Tea Method 1 - Use twice the amount of mint tea leaves as you would for hot tea. After steeping for the regular steeping time, strain the mint tea leaves and pour over a jar filled with iced cubes. The ice will melt and dilute the infusion to the desired level.

OMG Iced Tea Method 2 - If time permits, you can also cold-steep your mint tea. This method uses less leaves, but the steeping time is much longer. Simply use the same amount of loose mint tea blend and steep in cold water. Leave the mint tea infusion in the fridge overnight and strain the loose mint tea leaves the following day to prefent the iced tea becoming bitter.
