Networks of farmers & producers building hubs providing for the local food economy. Restaurants exchanging Bootstrap containers with their farmers. Farmers taking a larger share of the supply chain through their farm grown meal plans. Turning herbs into a craft cocktail out of a food truck. The possibilities are endless.
Bootstrap Farmer is trying out these things through Veg2Bowl and the Craven Local Food Market in Ernul, NC, relating the lessons learned through the Urban Farm Academy.
