Wrong Insert Alarm

In the wrong gear position (the gear position and the test line access port do not match), the screen of the DM100 will display “LEAD” and beep. For example, if you want to measure the voltage, turn the rotary switch to the voltage level, but if your test line is plugged into the 10A or uA inlet (measuring current), an “LEAD” will be displayed.
