Shatavari, also known as Indian asparagus, has been shown to be useful as an antioxidant that supports a strong immune system, combats indigestion, and can help you feel more energy.
Brahmi, also known as bacopa, has been shown in some studies to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It may also improve memory, focus, attention, and other cognitive functions. In part due to its ability to help regulate dopamine and serotonin, preliminary studies have indicated that it might also help contribute to a sense of well being when taken.
