1. Initially, season the grate with vegetable oil grilling spray (300 degrees 1-2 hours)
2. Shortly after each use, clean with care (brass bristle brush) no harsh scrapping or scrubbing
3. Lubricate with fresh grilling spray after each cleaning and before each use

Usually, soap and hot water is all that is necessary. To remove difficult or stuck-on bits of food, the grate can either be soaked or scrubbed with a stiff bristle brush.	Safe and Healthy High temperature resistance and fast heating to help lock in the juice of the food, which translates into better quality grilled foods.
