Every day our eyes are being exposed to harmful blue light that's emitted from electronic devices, such as cell phones, tablets, televisions, monitors, and laptops. Hours of blue light exposure can cause eyestrain, headaches, physical and mental fatigue. Prolonged exposure to blue light may also cause retinal damage and contribute to age-related macular degeneration, which can lead to loss of vision. As we spend more time looking at digital screens it's important to take proactive steps by wearing blue light blocking reading glasses.
