Although the aglets are not adustable, if your laces are too long, you can lopp the agelt through the last eyelets a second time, which typically will use another 1/4" to 1" of the lace. If your laces are too small, you can give the lace a good stretch. When lace is off the shoe, carefully and securley hold each end and give a few good stretches. This will break some of the elastic fibers, which can create up to an inch to inch and a half of extra lace.
