1. How to use the camera correctly?
Insert battery and micro sd card - fully charge the camera - switch on camera - scan QR and download app - open your phone wifi, find and connect to camera hotspot which begins with "G0..." - connect to 2.4GHz WiFi - modify default access password (123456) - keep your phone has network - view video live or view playback.
2. Cannot connect to 2.4GHz WiFi.
It only supports 2.4GHz, not support 5GHz WiFi. Wait for more minutes when connecting to WiFi. If still failed, please snap off back cover and press "reset" key with pin for few seconds until the light goes off. Try again with same steps to connect to 2.4GHz WiFi.
3. Unable to stay connected to 2.4GHz WiFi.
If your WiFi signal is not good, sometimes it may lose connection. And if camera has no power, it will lose connection.
4. Camera hotspot will not load onto screen.
Wait for more minutes until camera hotspot appears in your phone wifi list. If still not appears, please snap off back cover and press "reset" key with pin for few seconds until the light goes off. Try again with same steps to find camera hotspot which begins with "G0..." and connect to it.
5. Night vision doesn't work.
Note: This camera cannot open the night vision automaticlly, there are 2 modes to open the night vision.
Schedule: Enter app interface - click "set" icon in the right - click "IR-LED Config" - click "Schedule", set Start Time and End Time. (there is am and pm)
Manual: Enter app interface - enter video recording interface - click the third icon in the top left to open night vision.
6. Motion detection doesn't work.
Note: Motion detection is turned off by default, you need to open it.
Enter app interface - click "set" icon in the right - click "Alarm Config" - Click "Motion Detection Sensitivity" (Choose Low/Medium/High) - Click "Alarm Schedule" (Set Start Time and End Time, there is am and pm in clock) - Click "Warning Tone/Push Notifications/On-Screen Display" on - Click and set "Alarm Interval" (30-240 second) - Click "OK" - You phone will receive a Motion Alarm Notification when motion is detected - You can click this notification into video recording interface.
7. Camera stopped working after a few days.
Check camera to make sure it has battery. Then reset camera and connect to camera hotspot and 2.4GHz WiFi again. (press the "reset" key with pin for few seconds until the light goes off)
8. SD card doesn't work or nothing was being saved to the SD card.
Please format the sd card or try to use new sd card.
9. Doesn't hold a charge or won't stay charged.
Please try to use usb cable and adapter in the package to charge the camera. It can record about 4 hours when fully charged which needs about 5 hours.
10. Mic and speaker no voice.
Since voice recording in some states is illegal, so we remove all sound functions of app.
