“FLOURISH BODY, MIND, SOUL”, a company founded by myself, and my daughters, Arianna and Alex Thomopoulos. Our commitment and passion is to bring awareness of health and wellness through healing foods to enhance your life.

Before I share with you how this all started, I wanted to share an inside look into the “real” realities of my life, ones that are not staged or perfect, so you can understand the “why” and “what” of “Flourish”, Body, Mind, and Soul”, and why it is so important to me. In order to do that, I have to share this reality of my life and how what happened to me fuels me every day!

I have Multiple Myeloma. It’s a rare type of cancer that affects bone marrow and alters your blood’s plasma cells. I had a stem cell replacement in May, 2016, went into remission two months later, and have remained in remission. Cancer is a part of my life. It has changed my life, but does not define it. I took the down time I had recovering from my stem cell and really concentrated on research for a new cook book I was writing at the time of my diagnosis called, “Food for Thought”!

In the process of writing my new book, I figured out what I really want to do in this next chapter of my life. I made a decision that I knew was right because of the passion I felt for what I wanted to accomplish, it overwhelmed my thoughts. I wanted to build a food company that embody my strong belief that all diseases in the body start with the foods we eat. Chemicals, pesticides, GMO foods, processed sugars and trans fats causes disease in the body. Cancer is on the rise, as is Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Heart disease, diabetes, prostate cancer, liver disease, I could go on and on.

I feel, with every fiber of my being that food causes disease in the body but food is also medicine for your body. Food choices you make each day affects your health and how you feel now and in the future. We built, Cristina Ferrare, “Flourish, Body, Mind, Soul”! where everyone can still enjoy all the foods you love to eat that will be organic chemical free, nonGMO, Gluten Free and Vegan. In February, 2019 We launched our food company, committed to the health of Body, Mind, and Soul.

The Launch of our Granolas has been a huge success! We started with four, “My Original Granola”, “Turmeric”, “Chocolate Chip”, “Golden Heart Coconut Crunch”! We plan to come out with two more flavors. We are keeping it under wraps until the launch!

We plan to roll out soups, sauces, salad dressings, smoothies, desserts, salsas, Grab and go, and Bone Broth for Pets.

This is my mission, my focus. It makes me happy because I am doing what I love the most, cooking and feeding people!
