SPECIALTY COFFEE FROM COSTA RICA Grown in special and ideal climates, separately processed, and a step forward from the gourmet coffees, the SPECIALTY COFFEES are differentiated because of their complex and full cup taste. A specialty coffee has a cupping score of more than 83 points, according to the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association of America). Our high quality specialty coffees are 100% from Costa Rica, exclusively and personally selected right at the farm and sourced under Direct Trade. Direct Trade’s main object is to connect producers with consumers, closing the coffee trading chain and reducing costs for the final consumer, while paying a fair value for every coffee bag directly to the producer.	WE ARE WOMEN IN COFFEE Roblesabana is a women owned business. We are two sisters with more than 10 years of experience in the coffee business. As coffee experts, we take part in every step of the production chain of our coffees, assuring quality control and traceability. Our coffees are produced by women in specialty coffee farms in Costa Rica. Inspired by the work and determination of women in the coffee business, we promote direct trade to properly connect producers with consumers and at the same time incentivize access and exchange of knowledge with the growers. We promote and support the participation of women in coffee production and gender equality. Roblesabana is part of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance. This is an organization that focus on improving all aspects of the coffee industry by empowering and connecting women.	LOW CARBON EMISSION FARMS Our coffees are grown in micro lots in Costa Rica, produced by women in farms located in Poas, Tarrazu, Naranjo and Sabanilla of Alajuela, Costa Rica, with socially responsible and sustainable practices. These farms that are part of the NAMA CAFE Project (Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions of Cafe de Costa Rica). The NAMA project is an effort to reduced carbon emissions, with measures to effectively contribute to the global climate response. Our farms have certifications of sustainability and social practices, and one of them organic.	ENHANCED ROASTING PROFILE FOR EVERY COFFEE We respect the bean! Roblesabana coffees are master roasted at origin in small batches, giving each coffee a specific and unique roasting profile according to their special characteristics like origin, altitude, climate and milling process. Each of our coffees then has a roast type recommended by our master roaster and Q-grader, in order to provide them with the best quality and taste possible. This carefully selected process enhances the qualities of our coffees, helping reach their maximum potential, boosting their exquisite flavors and aromas.

Our mission: to find new flavors, processes and varieties that Costa Rican producers offer but are rarely accessible to consumers. Our coffees are artisan roasted at origin in small batches. Each of our coffees is given a unique roasting profile according to its special characteristics, in order to provide them with the best quality and taste possible. We are Women in Coffee As coffee experts, we take part in every step of the production chain of our coffees, assuring quality control and traceability. We are proud members of the International Women Coffee Alliance. CAFE DE COSTA RICA: 100 percent Arabica and eco friendly coffee Costa Rica, one of the largest diversities of species and ecosystems of the planet, has the ideal weather conditions, its high mountains, elevated rainfall and volcano soils, to produce the best coffee in the world. By law and to preserve quality, only Arabica specie is permitted to be grown in Costa Rica. Costa Rica has reduced up to 80 percent the use of water in coffee processing. Organic waste from the washing process become organic fertilizer, feed for cattle, and fuel for drying the beans.
