Do Not Overheat

The gel pack is made of non-toxic gel, it is safe for kids and adults. However, the gel is not intended to be eaten, keep it out of little kids touch. And please be care for the gel pack while heating in microwave, because overheating will cause gel pack burst, or do not boil it in the pot.

Safe Warnings

Before using the gel pack, please use towel or cloth to cover it in case of scald from overheating or super cold. If you are a new to use gel pack, please use only as directed by your docs. When you feel uncomfortable, just stop using it immediately. And doctors recommend cold or heat therapy for no more than 30 minutes each session.

Cold Therapy
