- No hydration flask included.
Sub90 - Hydro Running Pack. Recently added, Sub90 is for people going longer.

- A thermo-pocket with a custom made 17oz - 500 ml hydration flask + tubing system is included.

The concept behind the patent pending THORACIC BELT SYSTEM:

When you run, your hands naturally swing by your sub-pectoral region at every stride, a perfect location to store or retrieve a gel, a flask or a key without affecting your running form.

Both Sub45 and Sub90 come in 2 sizes: XS-S and M-L-XL. They accommodate a range of sizes.

Measure 2 inches below the pectoral muscles/ band line. If you are borderline between XS-S and M-L-XL, consider thickness variations (jacket, etc) between summer and winter runs.
