Tripp Lite’s U344-001-VGA USB 3.0 to VGA Multi-Monitor External Video Adapter is an easy, inexpensive method of adding a VGA monitor, LCD or projector to a source with no VGA port. Attach the female end of the U344-001-VGA adapter to your monitor’s VGA plug and the male end to your computer’s USB 3.0 port. You can use up to six U344-001-VGA adapters (optional) at the same time to connect up to six additional VGA displays to a Windows computer.

It works with 32- and 64-bit Windows (up to 8.1) and Mac OS X. It also works with Surface tablets running non-RT Windows 8 and 8.1.
Note: Mac OS X 10.9 and 10.10 support one add-on monitor only. 10.8.5 and earlier versions do not support audio over USB 3.0.
