Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs and Broccoli Salad
For a filling and nutritious lunch option why not opt for classic spaghetti and meatballs? This version uses turkey for a leaner alternative and served with your very own side salad drizzled with ranch dressing.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta until al dente and set aside. With clean hands, form small balls with the ground turkey. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add turkey meatballs and brown all sides, allowing the inside to cook through. Place pasta into lunch box then add meatballs. Mix marinara sauce with cream and pour some over the meatballs (save the rest for later). Add sliced cabbage, broccoli and tomatoes to small bowl and drizzle with ranch dressing.
