How to Use your Foot Massager?
1. Place the foot massager on a hard, firm surface
2. The use of a rug may be necessary when using the massager on wooden or ceramic flooring
3. Turn the massager on, starting with the lowest speed.
4. Place your feet (socked feet or with shoes on) onto the foot pad.
5. You can then adjust the speed to a comfortable setting.
6. You can use the “arch bar” on the top of the food pad for added stimulation to the toes, arch and heel.
7. Rocking the massager forward allows you to stimulate the calf area and shins more effectively.
Note: Do not stand on the massager, irreparable damage will be inflicted to internal parts.
