TRY OUR CITRUS SALAD RECIPE
Mix in a bowl different types of lettuce and baby spinach. Then add 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and 1 cup of purple cabbage. To bring colour to our salda cut 1 grapefruit and 1 orange in slices without peel and white skin. Add them and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of rolled almonds and 3 tablespoons of SOW TOASTED BLACK CHIA SEED, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Dressing
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of orange juice and mix with 1 tablespoon of honey. Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic oil, 1 tablespoon of SOW CHIA OIL and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix until all ingredients are integrated with slightly thick consistency. And we are ready! You can add it to your salad.
