Jonard’s MS-26 Mid Span Slit Tool is the perfect tool for accessing optical fibers in 2.9 - 6.8 mm diameter outer jackets and loose buffer tubes quickly and easily. Its patented* and award-winning** design allows you to simply load the cable, close the tool, then slit the cable. It’s that easy.

Each tool has five precision grooves for slitting, which allow you to work with a variety of cables using only one tool. The small size and light weight of the tool make it highly portable, and the built-in tethering hole keeps it safe from drops.
