- Q: Are the mason jars included?
A: No, the mason jars are NOT included.
- Q: What does "rustproof" mean?
A: "Rustproof" means not susceptible to corrosion by rust. "Rustproof" does NOT mean that the metal will prevent rust from ever forming. That would be IMPOSSIBLE. If you leave our pumps for several weeks between use, rust will INEVITABLY form on the soap pump. There is NO WAY that this can be prevented as it is a natural chemical reaction. HOWEVER, since our pumps are made from RUSTPROOF STAINLESS STEEL the rust will NEVER corrode the metal. If you begin to see rust forming on your soap pump, you can simply and effortlessly wipe it away. VOILA! These pumps will surely serve you reliably for YEARS to come.
- Q: I see that a few reviews mention that these lids "broke" after several months, how can I be sure that this won't happen to me?
A: Some customers mistakenly believe that their soap dispenser lids have "broken" when they have merely become disassembled. Over time with regular use, the connector screw that fastens the soap pump to the mason jar collar can become loose. When it becomes loose enough, the connector screw will fall out and into the bottom of your soap jar. The soap pump will then disconnect from the mason jar collar. However, all you need to do is reach into your soap jar, find the connector screw, rinse it off with warm water, and screw it back together again! VOILA! - Q: I received a defective soap dispenser lid, and my return window is closed, now what?
A: Unfortunately, from time to time a defect will slip past quality control. However, our exchange/return process is simple & easy. We offer a standard 12-month return/exchange window for ALL of our products. Even if the Amazon 30-day return window has closed, you can initiate your return/exchange by sending us a message (press the yellow "contact seller" button). If you are initiating your return/exchange because you received a defective unit, all that we require is an image of the defective product to initiate the return/exchange. That way, you don't need to go through the added hassle of visiting the post office. We answer ALL inquiries within 12 hours.
