Heads-up for Rejea Mixer Lamps
This lamp will not work on Normal 3 Pin XLR / 4 Pin XLR / BNC connectors (because of Volt issue), make sure your mixing console has the Specific 12-Volt Task Light Connector for this led lamp.

Q: How does this lamp work? A: Consoles require a dedicated 12-volt task light connector for use of this lamp.
So this lamp will not operate on a phantom powered mic input. Because the standard for phantom power is +48 volts applied to BOTH sides of the audio signal pair through two resistors, with the V- connected to ground and shield, too high for efficiently driving LED.

How to Wire for Regular 4Pin into the One You Need for Allen & Heath QU Series
- Simply opened the jack end, clipped the - to ground jumper, and then flipped the wires going to pins 3 & 4 (requires soldering).
- We strongly recommend you not to do this as above if you know little about soldering or pin polarity, just talk to us before purchase.
