I'm 5'7'', 165, 40B and the Extra Large fits great. I’m 5’ 8”, 155lbs., & 36B. I have some in medium and one in a large. The mediums are a perfect fit, but a little tighter in the arms than I generally like.
I bought XL as I am 5’6” and 185lbs and fits perfect. I would say this shirt is true to size.

Answer: I wash all of my sun shirts in warm water. I don't think it matters; the fabric won't shrink.
Question: Will the sun protection wash out of the shirt?
Answer: UPF is normally achieved by how tight the weave of the fabric is, it shouldn't diminish out unless there is excessive wear and tear
Answer: I don't believe that it will. I have washed it several times and bought more. I really like them.
