D. Wright said: I can't imagine the TRX brand would be any better than this anchor. Seems very strong and sturdy. I mounted it to a floor joist in the basement. I couldn't get the screw heads flush with the plate, but each screw head touches the plate on one of its edges. After reading reviews on this and other anchors about the lag bolts snapping, I didn't want to take a chance. It's very solid - it's not going to move. I'm only 120 lbs., but the only thing creaking is the floor joist.
