No-Bake SunButter Chocolate Brownies

1 cup SunButter, 1.5 cups plus 2 tablespoons TigerNut flour, 1 cup cacao powder, Dash of sea salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 5 tablespoons of water, 3⁄4 cup maple syrup

Frosting: 1⁄4 cup SunButter, 1⁄2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Press the brownie mixture down into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Smooth a layer of SunButter on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the SunButter. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to set and then cut into brownies and enjoy!

Marshmallow SunButter Dip

1/2 cup marshmallow creme, 1/4 cup SunButter (any smooth variety), 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons water, Fresh fruit (or cookies/crackers for dipping)

In small bowl, combine marshmallow creme, SunButter, lemon juice and water. Whisk until blended.

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with dippers such as fresh fruit, graham cracker sticks and pretzels.

SunButter Bites

In a small mixing bowl, stir 3/4 cup powdered milk, 1/2 cup crispy brown rice cereal, 2 Tbs wheat germ, 2 Tbs ground flax seed (optional), and 1/4 tsp salt until combined. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, stir 1/2 cup SunButter (any variety), 1/4 cup honey, and 1 tsp vanilla extract with a rubber spatula until combined.

Add the powdered milk mixture and stir until uniform. Mixture may be on the crumbly side. Form into balls. Serve or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw before serving.

SunButter Banana Smoothie

2/3 cup milk, 1 banana - peeled, sliced and frozen, 1 tablespoon Creamy SunButter, 2 cups fresh spinach - washed and dried

Combine ingredients in blender.

Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
