Fish and Chips
Ingredients:
200 g white fish filet (tilapia, cod, pollack).
30 g tortilla chips.
1 egg.
300 g (red) potatoes.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
½ tablespoon lemon juice.
Directions:
- Preheat the NutriChef AirFryer to 180°C.
- Cut the fish into four equal pieces and rub with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the fish rest for 5 minutes.
- Grind the tortilla chips very fine in the food processor and transfer the ground tortilla chips to a plate. Beat the egg in a deep dish.
- Dip the pieces of fish into the egg one by one and roll the pieces of fish through the ground tortilla chips so that they are completely covered.
- Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them lengthwise into thin strips. Soak the potato strips in water for at least 30 minutes. Drain them thoroughly and then pat them dry with kitchen paper. Coat them with oil in a boil.
- Insert the separator in the NutriChef AirFryer basket. Position the potato strips on one side and the pieces of fish on the other.
- Slide the basket into the NutriChef AirFryer. Set the timer to 12 minutes and fry the potatoes and the fish until they are crispy brown.

Spicy Drumsticks
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, crushed.
½ tablespoon mustard.
2 teaspoons brown sugar.
1 teaspoon chili powder.
Freshly ground black pepper.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
4 drumsticks.
Directions:
-Preheat the NutriChef AirFryer to 200°C.
-Mix the garlic with the mustard, brown sugar, chili powder, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix with the oil.
-Rub the drumsticks completely with the marinade and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
-Put the drumsticks in the basket and slide the basket into the NutriChef AirFryer. Set the timer to 10 minutes. Roast the drumsticks until brown.
-Then lower the temperature to 150°C and roast the drumsticks for another 10 minutes until done.
-Serve the drumsticks with corn salad and French bread.

Pork Tenderloin with Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
1 red or yellow bell pepper, in thin strips.
1 red onion, in thin slices.
2 teaspoons Provençal herbs.
Freshly ground black pepper.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 pork tenderloin - 300 g.
½ tablespoon mustard.
Round 15 cm oven dish.
Directions:
- Preheat the NutriChef AirFryer to 200°C.
- In the dish, mix the bell pepper strips with the onion, the Provençal herbs, and some salt and pepper to taste. Add ½ tablespoon olive oil to the mixture.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into four pieces and rub with salt, pepper and mustard. Thinly coat the pieces with olive oil and place them upright in the dish on top of the pepper mixture.
- Place the bowl in the basket and slide the basket into the NutriChef AirFryer. Set the timer to 15 minutes and roast the meat and the vegetables.
- Turn the meat and mix the peppers halfway through the preparation time. Delicious with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad.

Ratatouille
Ingredients:
200 g courgette and/or aubergine.
1 yellow bell pepper.
2 tomatoes.
1 onion, peeled.
1 clove garlic, crushed.
2 teaspoons dried Provençal herbs.
Freshly ground black pepper.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Small, round baking dish, 16 cm diameter.
Directions:
- Preheat the NutriChef AirFryer to 200°C.
- Cut the courgette, aubergine, bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion into 2 cm cubes.
- Mix the vegetables in a bowl with the garlic, Provençal herbs, ½ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Also spoon in the olive oil.
- Put the bowl in the basket and slide the basket into the NutriChef AirFryer. Set the timer to 15 minutes and cook the ratatouille. Stir the vegetables once when cooking.
- Serve the ratatouille with fried meat such as entrecôte, or a cutlet.
