Note for available device and system
Camera works via V380 Pro app on Phone or V380 client on PC but does not support web-interface access or work with other CCTV systems. Camera supports PC with windows system only and phone with Andriod and iOS system. The camera does not support ONVIF. It cannot be connected to any NVR/DVR.
Note for Wi-Fi connection:
1.The camera is only compatible with 2.4G Wi-Fi. 5G Wi-Fi connection will be unstable or fail. 2.Please keep your local Wi-Fi password within 15 characters, without special characters such as %, &, ?. Otherwise, the camera will not work with your local Wi-Fi network.
3.When connecting your phone to the camera's hotspot, please don't use network cable to connect the camera to your router at the same time. Otherwise the hotspot will not be found.
4.Please make sure the router and the firewall have been set to allow camera to connect to your router WiFi.
5.Install the camera in a place within your local WiFi range. And do your best to avoid signal interference.
6.Please provide enough bandwidth for the camera’s daily operation. If WiFi connection is not stable or drops, or you have other WiFi issues, we suggest you change router channel to improve your WiFi speed and reliability. If you need more help, please feel free to contact our tech support.
7.If changing network, please reset the camera and reconfigure the camera again.
Note for video recording with Micro SD card:
1.The camera supports micro SD card ranges from 8GB to 64GB. Please do not use a card larger than 64 GB, otherwise the camera will be damaged and functions or connection will be not stable. The micro SD card must be a 10C version or higher. The camera only supports micro SD cards. SD cards are not supported. Please set up the camera first before micro SD card installation.
2.To record motion on micro sd card, it needs to enable motion detection and event record.
3.To record videos during night, the infrared lights should be set to AUTO/ON.
