Our Story

Juicebox was founded in Portland, Oregon, by people who believe that quality film gear can be both high quality and accessible. The original Juicebox battery was created for personal use Abbott Daimler, a filmmaker who found existing camera battery options to be overpriced and underwhelming. Later, Abbott began assembling and selling his first model, the original Magic Power battery, out of his basement.

Now, Juicebox offers power solutions for every camera rig and every filmmaking process, from professional v-mount and gold mount rigs to DSLR's and other compact cameras. Our aim is to offer the best battery solutions for popular still and cinema cameras alike. We're filmmakers ourselves and we want to help you tell your story.

The JBMP-02's DC port is a 12V/2A output for compatible devices. It features two USB ports, Port 1 is a standard 5V2.1A USB and the other is a QC 2.0 output. (NOTE: Only one USB output can be used at a time.) It also features a Micro USB for charging the Juicebox battery and a LCD screen which displays voltage, capacity, and wattage.
