The GoPro Hero 7, Hero 6 and Hero 5 Black's waterproof design and default audio settings can pick up background noise when mounted to any Gopro standard housing, GoPro mount or stabilizers. Our gimbals operate at a much higher refresh frequency than competitors which helps to minimize electronic noise however to get the best audio performance with your GoPro Hero7 or Hero6/5 camera it is best to set the Pro-Tune audio to "Wind-Only". If you are vlogging and need very high quality audio we highly suggest using an external microphone or use a separate recording device. If you have not purchased a camera yet we highly reccomend the Garmin Virb Ultra 30 as it has superior audio among all of the action cameras out there today.
