Intense, blendable eyeliner with smart-tip smudger
Pencil is the easiest type of liner to master because most minor fixes are just a smudge away. Pencil can also be a very versatile product depending on how you sharpen it drill down to a blunt edge for a polished point or dull the tip on your hand for a softer smear. Either way, choose a creamy formula that glides on with ease, like Line Express Eyeliner, to avoid creating too much friction on the delicate skin around the eyes.
To apply, make tiny dots all along the lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working your way out. Then channel your inner-toddler and connect the dots, holding the edge of your eyelid taut. If you fudge, don’t panic. Keep a Q-tip with one dry end (for blending) and one end dipped in makeup remover (for damage control) nearby.
For a defined look, glide along lash line from inner to outer corner of eye. For a smoky look, blend color with built-in smudger.
