Traditionally, dandelion roots and leaves were used to support the liver. Native Americans also boiled dandelion in water and took it for better skin and upset stomach.
Dandelion is rich in calcium and vitamin K, which are essential for the growth and strength of bones. It is also rich in antioxidants like vitamin C and luteolin, which help with the bone weakness and decreased density.
