The 10AN PTFE fuel line mostly used in fuel system, transmission system, cooler system and pump. It is compatible with nearly every substance or agent used. Can be worked with E85, ethanol, petrol, diesel, oil, hydraulic fluid, pump gas, alcohol, coolant, fuel and etc. AN10 5/8\" nylon and stainless steel braided PTFE fuel line holds up a lot stronger to heat and extreme circumstances than the nylon braided CPE fuel line.

10AN Black nylon and stainless steel braided PTFE fuel line constructed with an all-black nylon fiber braided outer cover, stainless steel braided reinforcement and a seamless extruded Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) resin inner tube.

10AN Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hose relatively hard, it can't be bend and folding in half. Its surface is wax like which provides minimum resistance to flow. Sticky, viscous materials will not cling to it. A PTFE tube has less volumetric expansion than a rubber tube and is non age sensitive for an unlimited shelf life. 10AN 5/8\" PTFE fuel line Reference installation instruction is included. Professional installation is highly recommended.

The 10AN PTFE fuel line mostly used in fuel system, transmission system, cooler system and pump.

1.Wrap the hose end with tape, this will help minimize fraying. Clean cut the hose and clean away debris. Then insert carefully the socket.

2.Use a tool get hose back to it's round shape.

3.Separate the inner PTFE hose from the outer braid.

4.Put ferrule between the braid and the PTFE. Press it snuggly against the inner PTFE hose. The PTFE inner-tube should fit into the tip of the ferrule.

5.Apply a bit of lube. Insert the nipple into the PTFE inner-tube so that the base of the nipple fits squarely against ferrule.

6.Pull the socket down over the peeled away outer-braid and the ferrule. Thread the socket to the nipple by hand.

7.Tighten with the wrench
