Make sure that the chocolate is completely cooled before trying to remove from mold. If you remove too early then it will fall apart.
I used the white chocolate colored circles you buy at the craft store. I melted them and put them in the mold. I then lifted mold and tapped it onto table to remove air bubbles. I put it in the freezer for about ten minutes and then they easily came out.
