Black braided nylon fuel hose features an all-black nylon fiber braided outer cover and a Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber inner line. Maximum Working Pressure (psi): 500 psi. Bursting Pressure(psi): 2000psi. Working Temperature Range: -40℉ to 257℉(-40℃ to 125℃).

The 10an nylon braided fuel line kit includes: 10pcs 10an swivel hose ends (4pcs straight, 2pcs 45degree, 2pcs 90degree, 2pcs 180degree), 2pcs 10an hose separator clamp and 5/8 braided fuel line (Length: 20 Ft). Hose Inner Diameter: 0.56inch (14.29mm). Hose Outside Diameter: 0.82inch (20.83mm). Please measure before purchase!

The 10an nylon braided hose mostly can be work with coolant, diesel, oil, hydraulic fluid, pump gas, air and fuel. Please notice that the service life might be shorter when it work with fuel. NOT FIT E85. This braided 10an hose can be used in vehicle / motorcycle transmission cooler system, pump, turbo system and fuel system, such as fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel tank, oil filter, oil sandwich adapter, turbo oil return, and etc.

Nylon fiber and stainless steel braid 10an cover for excellent flexibility and resistance to abrasion. Not recommended installation in corrosive environment, 10an braided fuel line's service life will be influenced. Outer nylon braided has excellent inflaming and safer to use.

Installation Instruction

Wrap masking tape over the area to cut to ensure a nice clean cut and prevent the braid from unravelling.
Clean cut the hose and clean away debris.
Clamp the fitting socket into the vise and insert hose into socket
Apply lube to nipple
Start hand threading the socket down onto the fitting. Be careful not to strip the threads when starting. Tighten the initial threads by hand being careful not to strip the threads when starting.
Once the hose goes over nipple tighten using adjustable wrench.

PTFE hose holds up a lot stronger to heat and extreme circumstances than the CPE hose.
The flexibility of CPE hose is better than PTFE hose, PTFE hose relatively hard.
