Asana Maca by LadiesBalance is a blend of organic, high grade, custom cultivated, root harvested Peruvian maca root powder that has been blended with women's needs in mind. In Asana Maca we've included red maca root as a primary type of maca because red maca root is one of the most nutrient dense. Red maca root is said to have the most bioactive components of maca root making it the most potent. It may be benficial for supporting energy, libido, stamina, reproductive health and bone density. Due to its benefits for bone strenght, red maca may be especially beneficial to women with or at risk for osteopororis.

Black Maca Root

This type of maca root is one of the rarest and most expensive but also one of the most potent. Due to its carbohydrate contents, black maca is especially great for supporting energy levels. Research has shown it may be helpful for memory, learning, focus and overall brain health. 

Yellow Maca Root
