Over the years we've imbibed more than our fair share of wine and eaten many pounds of bread and cheese to go with it. Along the way we've used many wine accessories that left us dissatisfied so we apply our industry knowledge to make accessories that are fun and functional. We scrutinize all wine accessories intending to improve on them one by one - everything from CapaBubbles to reseal sparkling wine and GlassWhere identifiers to mark your glass of wine. We've even improved the wine accessory we use the most – the corkscrew! The Cheese Vault is our first foray beyond wine followed by the Bread Cap. All of CapaBunga and tote+able products are designed in Sonoma County, California - right in the heart of wine country.

Wine Industry Veterans

Husband and wife team, Walt Averill and Máire Murphy met through the wine industry where until 2011 they'd spent their entire careers.

CapaBunga, the product that started it all, was originally invented as a unique packaging item for their Napa Valley wine but they quickly realized after using it a few times themselves that all wine drinkers should have at least one. Based on its success and their knowledge of the wine profession they set out to invent and develop several other wine accessories.

Avid food and wine aficionados, their inventions naturally evolved beyond wine to complimentary kitchen tools. In October 2018 they added the tote+able line of flasks, canteens, wine carriers and totes. Together, the two brands will bring a wider selection, new inventions and characteristic humor.
