The AiR Maxx Flex 2.0 is made of open cell foam with microscopic air chambers. When impact occurs on the shoulder pad the load is spread. The impact causes the arch to engage the cushion, which forces the air within the cushion to move throughout the foam chambers dissipating the pressure. -This pad features our TPU cushioning and D3O technology that is in our most popular helmets. The TPU is durable and will not break down. The D30 is lightweight, soft and flexible and is positioned over the shoulder for optimal impact absorption. -The pad has a clavical channel system and a tactical arch design to minimize weight without sacrificing hitting zone protection. The body, deltoid and scapular pads are removable to custom fitting and easy washing. - The Skill pad gives you a deep cut arch for a wide range of motion. - Super-light construction for maximum speed.
