In the Japanese tea ceremony, we drink green tea foamed with a bamboo whisk, but you can also just simply mix the tea into hot water and mix.
Matcha is the tea leaf itself ground to a powder, and is drunken after dissolving in hot water, so you can ingest a lot of caffeine. In recent years, more people drink it instead of coffee.
