Otto, a centrifugal juice extractor designed to maximize flavor and juice yield of fruits and vegetables. Durable materials, overheat protection and ergonomic features are ideal for juice shops requiring continuous use. More practical features are designed to be operator-friendly, like a large diameter feed chute, easy-reach height, parts that are easy to clean, and a safety interlock that turns off the motor and stops the blade before the lid can be opened.

Otto juicer extractor

Otto's housing is constructed with die-cast aluminum, stainless steel juice bowl and strainer basket, spout and food pusher that are durable and easy-to-clean. A powerful, yet quiet brushless induction motor with dual cooling fans was designed for continuous back-to-back use.

Otto can run all day long without overheating, ideal for busy juice shops. The heavy-duty metal handle with safety lid interlock withstands repeated opening and closing and stops the motor before the lid can be opened. A large 3" (76 mm) feed chute reduces prep time.

Otto sits securely on the counter top with an operator-friendly easy-to-reach height. The included pulp bin sits on the counter and holds 11 liters / 12 quarts of pulp. It can be removed for easy cleaning.

Description of HJE960 Otto

Some juicer’s start/stop buttons can get stuck as juice residue accumulates on busy days, but Otto's are water-resistant and wipe clean easily. A single speed makes for easy operation. The flexible design accommodates cups, pitchers and blender jars and removes for easy cleanup. In addition, the drip tray can capture up to an entire cup of juice if the cup overflows.
