Organic Watercress

Watercress is a plant that contains many vitamins. The parts that grow above the ground are used to make medicine. Some people apply watercress directly to the skin for eczema, inflammation or irritation.

Aloe Vera

Aloe leaves produce at least six natural antiseptics, which are able to kill mold, bacteria, fungi, and viruses. For skincare, it is most known for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties and is a great healer of dry skin.

Arnica

Arnica comes from the perennial Arnica montana, a yellow-orangish flower that grows in the mountains of Europe and Siberia. It’s sometimes called the “mountain daisy,” because its color and petals look like the familiar flower. Creams and ointments made from the flower head can be used to address the following ailments: muscle soreness and aches, bruising, joint pain and swelling, inflammation

Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus is a fast-growing evergreen tree native to Australia. As an ingredient in many products, it is used to reduce symptoms of coughs, colds, and congestion. It also features in creams and ointments aimed at relieving muscle and joint pain.
