Psych Our team athletes know we care less about their climbing performance than their character performance, how they share what gets them psyched. For the Andersons, it’s about educating others on all things training. For Erica, it’s showing other families the beta for living a full and adventurous life. For Alex, it's taking years of hard-won experience and passing it onto the next generation of crushers. We promote those who promote positivity, growth, and integrity.
