The CT16QD canister and central vacuum power nozzle is 14” wide with a chevron agitator that is shown to improve deep cleaning by drawing debris and embedded dirt to the center of the nozzle where it is drawn away by the power of the vacuum

The CT16QD long life reinforced belt engages the agitator away from the edge of the brush providing for brushed edge cleaning to both sides of the nozzle. This design insures superior edge cleaning and excellent grooming of the carpet surface helping to preserving the carpets appearance without damaging the carpet fibers

Includes a soft molded bumper front and side bumper. A clear view window to confirm the agitator’s operation. Soft over molded wheels to run smoothly on carpet and quiet on hard floor surfaces

Has a four position height adjustment allows the brush agitator to be set to carpet conditions for optimum cleaning

A quick release neck permits the cleaning wand to drawn from the brush for above the floor cleaning

The fully integrated telescopic electric wand connects the CT16QD to central vacuum and canister electric hoses with a flush plug position electrical connection.

Hose Handle Dimensions The integrated flush wand connects to hose handles with a 3.3 inch nozzle. From the handle base to the locking button should be 2 inches, leave 1.3 inches from the locking button to the end of the metal nozzle.	Flush Connection The word "Flush" refers to the electrical connection to the handle. A two pronged outlet should be 'flush' with the handle, not recessed.	Connected Wand When the wand is fully connected it should fit snugly over the nozzle of the handle. It is recommended to give a firm tug, attempting to pull them apart to ensure that the connection is secure.


Cylindrical Wand The integrated wand is a cylinder and will only work with hose handles and vacuum nozzles that have cylindrical connections.	PT (Pig Tail) Valve For PT valves the hose should have a cord that will need to be plugged into a standard wall outlet. An electrical connection to the central vacuum is obtained by plugging in the hose end where the metal band touches both prongs located at the top inside of the inlet valve.	DC (Direct Connect) Valve For DC valves the hose end plugs directly into the inlet valve at the bottom to power the vacuum nozzle. An electrical connection to the central vacuum is obtained by plugging in the hose end where the metal band touches both prongs located at the top inside of the inlet valve.	DC Plug in In the case of DC inlet valves, the direction the hose end is turned is important. Be sure to line up the electrical prongs to the outlet on the bottom to ensure an electrical current is established to your vacuum.
