Heavy Duty Vinyl Repair Kit with Genuine OEM repair patches. This kit works well for most vinyl repairs, but is designed specifically for Intex Pillow Rest Raised Air Bed. Repairs work best when like materials are adhered to each other. The OEM patches are cut directly from Pillow Rest Raised Air Bed for a superior repair. This kit includes one Pool Above Pool Repair Kit (24895) and (4) 2.625" round circle Shape OEM Patches (2 flocked black, 2 black vinyl), that measure 2.625" inches each.

Application Instructions

Clean all surfaces to be patched thoroughly using a vinyl surface cleaner. Cut the patch larger than the area to be patched. Cut the patch with rounded corners to prevent peeling.

Light gauge vinyl & inflatable pools: Apply the adhesive sparingly to patch, covering it evenly all over.

Heavy gauge vinyl & pool liners: Apply the adhesive liberally to patch, covering it evenly all over.

Out of the water: Apply patch to cover damaged area being sure to press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength.

Under water: keep patch folded onto itself over the area to be repaired, then unfold patch and apply immediately. Carefully press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength.

STEP 3 Apply a layer of glue within the traced area. After the glue becomes tacky, apply a second layer and immediately apply the patch.	STEP 4 Allow 24 hours for the glue to completely dry. If needed, weight the patch on a flat surface.
