Using Method

Place the machine on a flat and sturdy surface so it will run smoothly and efficiently.
Check the gear reducer to ensure there has enough oil.
Run an empty load. Check carefully to make sure the machine is under good condition.
Roll the feeder station. Then, open the lid and feed the materials. The materials should not exceed 40% of the cylinder's limit.
Next close the feed lid and run the machine to working. You must stop it if there is any abnormality.
It is necessary to clean the hopper completely when changing materials or when finishing a run.

Start button

The button is installed in a reasonable position, and the design is simple and convenient, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

Two Inlets

Two materials are imported. The first step is to loosen the locking bolts and remove the sealing cap. In the second step, the material is loaded, the sealing cover is closed, and the bolt is locked.

NOTE:The amount of feed should not exceed the specified volume.

One Outlet

After the mixing is completed, the handle of the discharge valve is operated downward to allow the material to flow out.

Vents

The heat dissipation holes are evenly heated, which will not cause the motor to overheat and cause unsafe factors.
